The museum shares ophthalmic treasures through its world-class collection of artifacts, provides new exhibits, and offers educational programs.

Many older Americans and those who are at greater risk for eye disease cannot afford even the most basic eye care. Since 1985, EyeCare America and its nearly 7,000 volunteer ophthalmologists have helped more than 2.2 million people get the care they need.

Lions Club International

The best way for an individual to receive eyeglasses or hearing aid assistance from Lions International is to get in contact with a local Lions club or a district in your area. Local Lions clubs comprise groups of volunteers who implement projects and programs in their communities, and at times provide direct assistance to individuals.

In partnership with Hadley, the AGS Patient Engagement Subcommittee has reviewed and recommends the Hadley workshops for patients with more advanced glaucoma and vision loss or changes as a result of glaucoma.
